Braun Family Recruitment was founded in 2017 by Paul Braun, following a request from a long-standing client — a fifth-generation family business in North Brabant where he had worked for many years. The family asked him to recruit a couple to manage their private estate of 25 hectares. The successful completion of this assignment marked the beginning of a distinct niche: the recruitment of staff for private families and estates.
