Since 2017, we have deliberately built a carefully selected network of professionals who are both willing and able to work within the private domain. Individuals who understand what it truly means to work for a family — on an estate, country house, private residence or private grounds.
This network has not been built through CV databases or rapid placements. It has grown through years of personal interviews, targeted introductions, recommendations, thorough reference checks and actual placements.

Integrated Resident Couples
A significant part of our network consists of resident couples who live and work on site. They combine estate management, technical oversight, supervision and light household support. They understand continuity. They provide stability, structure and consistent presence — without being in the foreground.
Personal Selection & Vetting
Every candidate in our network has been personally interviewed. References have been verified or are directly verifiable. We know who is suited to a formal family environment and who fits better within a more informal setting. Within the private domain, experience alone is not sufficient. Attitude, loyalty, discretion and character matter just as much. That is what we assess.
Since 2017, we have built a network that does not rotate quickly. These are professionals who stay. Professionals who understand that working within a family environment requires a different mindset than working within a company.
